Hey y’all! I hope you have enjoyed meeting my team and learning a little more about them, including their Christmas gift lists. If you missed it, check out the “All I Want For Christmas” series posts for each Debbie, Megan, and Lori. And now it is my turn…I’ve been procrastinating because I pretty much have everything I want. My husband & I don’t really exchange Christmas gifts, except stocking stuffers because we enjoy spending our money on mini-vacations year round and really enjoyed some fun times this year. Additionally, we updated our main living areas in our house with new paint, flooring and a staircase, fireplace stone and a new dining room furniture & lighting, Here is how we spent our “Christmas Gifts” to each other:
So as you can see, I’m very blessed. 2016 was a good year. BUT don’t get me wrong, after all that, I still have a Christmas list! I have learned in years past that a Christmas list shared DOES prevent those “unwanted” items that get re-gifted (gasp!). So here is what I sent my family this year (you can click on the image for the details if you want some of these things for yourself).
So I have recently started Crossfit and am totally digging it. However, the baseball cap or visor I usually wear to workout gets in the way, so I am wearing a headband instead. But that means I am washing it after every workout (currently 3 times per week, hoping for 4 or 5 in the future). So I’ve asked for 2 or three of these active wear headbands. They are awesome in that they soak up all of the sweat and keep it from getting into my eyes.
Smashbox Brow Tech is the best eyebrow powder I have ever come across. Plus, they make an “auburn” color (most are brown or blonde) that coordinates well with my skin and brows. It’s a great annual stocking stuffer, and is just a nice treat to have “Santa” provide it for me instead of having to buy it every year.
Speaking of Crossfit and laundry, I’ve asked for some more workout pants. I don’t think you can have too many. And I love Nike’s capris because they are so comfortable and also have the “dri fit” technology (wicking the sweat away from your skin).
As you can see, I’m on a fitness wear kick. But you can’t take it TOO seriously, right? So I have a few tees to include….
Any suggestions to add to my “All I Want For Christmas” list? I would love to hear from you because there is still time to send suggestions to the fam….
