I love to read. I love fiction. Non fiction. Autobiographies. Personal Development. Business related. You can find a wide variety of books on my shelves and nightstand. I even love to read the back of my Cashew milk carton. Just let me read! So today for Friday Faves, I’m sharing my top 3 Personal Development Books.
These are 3 similar books, in respect to they all are comprised of interviews. I think you can learn so much from others, whether they are your mentor or simply somebody sharing advice. From a personal development standpoint, I find that hearing other people’s perspectives can change the way I look at a situation.
One of the books was also featured in my Favorite Coffee Table Design Books post, so it may look familiar. It’s definitely a book I flip through regularly…in my “spare” time.
If you had to choose only one of the three suggested in the short video, I would suggest the Tools of Titans. This is a book you can pick up over and over again and learn something new. My husband has his own copy on his desk at his office. We purchased one for my sister-in-love for Christmas. I’ll probably get one for my bonus son, Jackson, at some point in the next year or so (but first he needs to do his schoolwork!). It has a strong, universal appeal.
Do you have any favorite Personal Development type of books you would recommend? Whether it is personal or professional is of no mind – I’ll read just about anything and would love to hear your suggestions.
