2017 has been a BIG year for ML Interiors Group. We added two staff members, polished up our sixteen step design process to ensure a flawless experience for our clients, and also completed projects upon projects. Needless to say, it has been a blessed and crazy year. That is why we are excited to take a look back at the events that not only expanded our portfolio but also made us all a little more excited for what else is to come.
From our very first nursery to a dreamy kitchen renovation and a gorgeous multi-family clubhouse re-fresh, this year has had a LOT of variety. We were going to share our Top 3 in this recap, but we snuck in a 4th, because we couldn’t quite decide….
1. #ProjectBrynMawrDrive – A Dream Nursery
This nursery was an added on project of one of our favorite clients – and man were we happy they asked us to be a part of this incredibly special time! Creating a room for twins that was not only functional but also cute was incredibly fun design wise. Making a space that will not only appeal to the children but also to the parents is crucial, as most of the family will be spending a large chunk of time in there. We were able to add modern finishes with some playful accents and we love the way it turned out.

2. #ProjectWaterview – A Complete Kitchen Transformation
Project Waterview was a complete kitchen remodel. After gutting the kitchen we installed new white cabinetry, marble counter tops, and a simple backsplash to tie the entire kitchen together. This all white kitchen is timeless and was one of our biggest transformations to date.

3. #ProjectCollinsPark – A Multi Family Flip
Not many people know, but we do in fact design multi-family apartment complexes – and actually adore the process of it all. Creating a space that appeals to all the different kinds of people that walk in was a fun design challenge. With blue accents and neutral colors for the framework, we believe this space balanced out well. We were thrilled when they approved our vision of calming neutrals with accents in various shades of blue.

4. #ProjectStampede – New Build Design
Project Stampede was a design done for a close friend of ours. This was a new build design so the entire house was being considered when choosing finishes, fabrics, and accent pieces. With the house being in Celina, TX, and a blend of his and her styles, we went with a “Modern Rustic” look for this gorgeous home. Darker finishes and lighter fabrics create cohesion throughout the entirety of the home.
