More than 90% of home buyers begin their search on line. This means if you are a seller, your MLS photos need to kick some serious boo-tay in order to catch the interest of the buyers surfing the net looking for their next place to call home. Of course, the list price, size and location is also integral in getting your property to the top of the “must see” list but once you’ve shown up in the search, you need to be memorable. Click HERE to take a look at these listings in Coppell. They are all town homes in the Villas at Lake Vista subdivision so you are basically comparing “apples to apples” from an aesthetic standpoint, and I know the prices vary by more than $100k so they wouldn’t ALL come up in somebody’s search, but the top four (4) properties would ($350k – $389k).
Which one appeals the most to you? Whether you look at all of them or just the top four listings, which one would be on your “Must See” list? If you were selling your house, which listing would you hope yours showed like? What do you think of the listings with NO photos? Does it pique your interest or do you just skim past them? Just in case you missed it the first time, click HERE to see what I’m talking about.
Here is a hint to which one is my favorite:
So whether you are selling a property that is vacant or occupied, be sure it shows like a model home and stands above the competition. It will make you money in the long run.
